Refund Policy:
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- 30 day prior to arrival date = 1 day retention/cancellation charges
- 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival date = 25% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount
- 13 days to 07 days prior to arrival date = 50% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount
- 06 days to arrival date/ No-show = 100% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount
Refund amount will be ascertained as per cancellation policy and refund will be paid to the customer within 20 working days after getting approval of the management of Girija Hotel. The amount of Refund will be paid either through cheque or NEFT.
Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or terms & condition mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.
