At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described.
These fees cover the costs incurred by Hotels.com in servicing your travel reservation.
Pay Now Online or pay Later at Hotel Details:
With certain hotels, you may be presented with the option to pay online immediately or to pay later at the hotel itself. If you select the option to pay online immediately, you will be charged by Hotel Girija the amount in the currency that you select immediately. If you select to pay later at the hotel itself, you will be charged by the hotel will charge you in the local currency of the relevant hotel at the time of your stay. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change in the time between booking and stay. You shall provide the details of your payment card and the supplier or Hotel Girija will often have to verify:
- The validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the supplier).
- The availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing your credit card). Hotel Girija reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.
The price of the hotel services will be as quoted on the website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted.

You can change or cancel your lodging booking either online under your Reservations when signed into your HotelGirija.in account, or by calling our provided number- +91 9881435874.
Change and/or cancellation fees. Charges vary by reservation, so please you can change your guest name, bed type, smoking preference, special requests, accessibility options, room type, number of guests and travel dates at no charge to you by Hotelgirija.in Lodging suppliers may impose other review your confirmation email for details.
You agree to pay any supplier required cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
In the event that a hotel is unable to honor your booking, Hotel Girija will not be liable for any cost incurred due to relocation.
If you do not show for the first night of your reservation but plan to check-in for subsequent nights in the reservation, you must confirm the reservation with Hotel Girija no later than the original date of check-in to prevent cancellation of the whole booking. If you do not confirm the booking changes with us the whole booking may be cancelled and refunds will only be due to you in line with the Rules and Restrictions of the particular hotel, as notified in the booking process.
These terms and conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of Hotel Girija.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
By booking with Hotel Girija, to transact with your bank or other payment gateways on your behalf to obtain the necessary information required to process payment, confirm payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and/or as otherwise required to manage the booking.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards with MasterCard or Visa branding.
- International Debit Cards with Visa or MasterCard branding which your issuer allows you to use to make purchases online.
- Net Banking Payment.
- Indian Bank Debit Cards issued by an Indian bank.
You will not be asked to provide your online banking user name or password to Hotel Girja (“Account Access Data”). This hotel does not want any information regarding your Account Access Data and you agree not to provide us with your Account Access Data.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Price and availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve

Where a Hotel has its own car park. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas.
All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
